austinmarr is established as one of the UK's leading independent manufacturers and retailers of pleated conservatory blinds.

The company was set up by my wife, Elizabeth, and I and we work together to run the business. Before austinmarr we both worked for a number of blind companies and it is this wealth of experience in a competitive market which has enabled us to build the reputation for quality and detail we now have.

Having begun life manufacturing pleated blinds for the conservatory blinds trade industry, including some major blind companies, we decided to build upon our strengths – our attention to detail, our professionalism and the quality of our blinds – and begin selling directly to the public.

Only we make our blinds

Unlike many blind companies, only we make our blinds so we have absolute control over their quality and the time it takes to make them. Nobody else makes our blinds for us and we would never trust anyone to do so.

Stringent quality control

All our blinds are made by our highly-trained employees in our modern premises in Hampshire. This enables us to ensure that each blind meets our stringent quality control criteria every time and, as there isn’t anybody else involved in the process, our customers have their blinds fitted when they expect them to be.

Best quality materials

We source our gorgeous, durable fabrics and components from major suppliers in Holland. Whilst the quality is always of the highest standard, we do not take things for granted, so all fabrics and materials are double checked for even the smallest imperfections prior to assembly to ensure our pleated blinds are the best money can buy.
